- Admission Temperature 36.5 – 37.5
- Nasal CPAP after initial resuscitation
- Indomethacin for any reason
- Acetaminophen for PDA
- Ibuprofen for PDA
- Interventional catheterization for closure of PDA
- PDA surgery – any location
