Vermont Oxford Network (VON) is a nonprofit voluntary collaboration of health care professionals at over 1,400 hospitals and organizations worldwide, working together to ensure that every newborn infant and family achieves their fullest potential.

VON member hospitals submit data on their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) patients and receive benchmarking reports and analysis from VON to identify ways to improve infant care and provides quality improvement and education programs designed to aid our members in improving their patients’ outcomes.

Business Development Manager

VON is seeking a motivated, self-starter to join our team as our point person for sales and membership development. As our new Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and sustainability of our mission-driven organization. The primary objectives of this position are to (1) increase enrollment in our membership databases and quality improvement programs and (2) inform the design of those programs by helping us gather input and feedback from our membership. We are looking for a health care professional with proven leadership and interpersonal skills who can help establish and develop relationships with decision makers at our membership hospitals, health systems, state perinatal quality collaboratives, partner organizations and emerging neonatal care networks.

Data Analyst

The data analyst will use statistical analysis software and database software for member reporting and research. The data analyst will be expected to apply analytic plans, create visualizations, presentations, and tables, maintain web-based data reporting, and respond to internal and external data requests. The data analyst will also be expected to provide quality assurance review of code produced by others in the department.

Junior Systems Administrator

The Junior Systems Administrator’s role is to assist in the stable operation of the in-house and cloud-based systems. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing end-user hardware and software. The Junior Systems Administrator will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training where required.
