- Afebrile with mild cough
- Vaginal delivery
- Infant BW 3400 gm, Apgars 9 and 10
Case #2: Term Delivery
- Woman presents in labor at 40 weeks
- Fever 101.4
- Exposure to Partner with confirmed COVID-19
- SARS-CoV-2 test pending
- Vaginal delivery of 3400 gm infant
- Apgars 9 and 9
Case #3: Preterm Delivery
- Delivery at 28 weeks
- Symptomatic Covid-19 positive mother
- BW 1250 gm, Apgars 7 and 8, admitted to NICU
- Treated with surfactant for RDS
- Quickly weaned to CPAP
- On day 10 stable on low flow nasal cannula oxygen
- Mother improving 10 days after delivery
