Front Office Coordinator
Vermont Oxford Network (VON) is a worldwide community of over 1,000 neonatal intensive care units working together to improve medical care for the most vulnerable newborns. At VON we transform data into action to help save babies lives. We are seeking a new Front Office Coordinator to join our passionate, growing team in the fun and relaxed atmosphere of our offices in the heart Burlington’s Pine Street innovation corridor.
The Front Office Coordinator is a pivotal member of our staff, providing administrative and clerical support across the organization and making sure the office continues to operate effectively and efficiently. We are looking for energetic team members with superior interpersonal and communication skills, the ability and willingness to learn quickly, and the flexibility to manage and prioritize competing tasks. As the first point of contact for our organization you will set the tone for our members’ and colleagues’ initial impressions of VON, answering phones and routing messages to the appropriate staff members and welcoming visitors to the office. Superior customer service skills are a must. You will also be responsible for handling many administrative tasks, from ordering supplies to maintaining equipment to organizing mailings and more.
A high school diploma is required, post-secondary education is preferred. Qualified candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role with a focus on office administration and/or customer service. A full job description is available here.
